	New home for Rockford Area Association of Realtors - 8000 sq. ft.
	Added 3000 sq. ft. for Laborer's Union Hall to existing building that houses a Stop 'n Go, Brick Layers Union Hall and Construction Industrial Funds. This facility is located at Alpine & Linden Road.
	Provided Fran Kral Lincoln-Mercury with a complete exterior renovation. This project enhanced many qualities of the existing facility while adding a fresh modern atmosphere.
	Provided Camlin Insurance with a complete exterior and interior moderization of their current location on North 1st Street in Rockford, IL.
	Complete renovation and remodeling of the third floor at Dean Foods Technology Center. Work was performed in such a manor that allowed the owner to occupy the rest of the facility without inconvenence and disruptions.
